"Well, I got into my first accident. Didn’t know what to do. The folks at State Farm claims and Nathan Jones guided me through the process. Claims not done so we’ll see how this all shakes out, but Daniel and Haydee were helpful and customer support goes a long way. Thanks team! Update: I got my truck back, and it looks awesome and like new. The rental process was easy. The app and the local team guided me on what was required. I would not recommend getting in an accident, but I am recommending the Nathan Jones team to everyone I know. Thanks!!!"
